At AYMARI, every embroidered zip-up hoodie is produced with care and attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality, all of our items are sold on a pre-order basis.

Pre-Orders

All AYMARI hoodies are made to order. This allows us to carefully produce each piece and avoid overproduction.

Once your order is placed, production begins shortly after.

Because of this process, shipping can take up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

We always aim to complete production and ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may arrive sooner than the full 8-week timeframe.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.


💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with AYMARI, you acknowledge and agree to our pre-order shipping timeframe.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed before the end of the stated 8-week pre-order period will be formally contested and disputed with supporting evidence of this policy.

We kindly ask customers to allow the full pre-order period before raising any concerns.

International Shipping & Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

By placing an international order, you agree to comply with your country’s import regulations and pay any applicable fees required by your local customs office.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import duties and taxes before placing an order. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held or returned, and additional shipping or handling fees may apply.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import duties.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned or abandoned, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs fees from the refund. If the package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.
