Refund policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling Off" Period)
In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the date you (or a third party nominated by you) receive your hoodie to notify us of your intent to return.

Return Period: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To receive a refund, items must be returned in "as-new" condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by excessive handling (e.g., items that are worn, washed, smell of perfume, or are covered in pet hair).
3. Refunds & Store Credit

Statutory Returns: If you return your item within the legal 14-day window mentioned above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Extended Returns: For returns requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery, Aymari offers Store Credit only.

Processing: Refunds or credit will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of postage).
4. Shipping & Return Costs

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded; however, if you chose an expedited/express shipping method, we will only refund the cost of our most basic standard delivery.

Refused Deliveries & Customs: Customers are the Importer of Record and are responsible for all VAT, customs duties, and import fees. If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

We will refund the cost of the goods once they are back in our possession.

Deductions: We will strictly deduct the original shipping cost, the courier’s return-to-sender fee, and any storage/admin fees incurred from your refund.

Abandoned Packages: If a package is destroyed or abandoned by the courier/customs because duties were not paid, no refund will be issued as the goods cannot be recovered.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your hoodie is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you have a 30-day "Short Term Right to Reject" for a full refund, including all shipping costs. Please contact aymariclothing@gmail.com immediately with photos of the fault.
